Our Journey

Greenmark’s Path to Innovation

Greenmark Property Ventures was founded by a collective of circular entrepreneurs and community activists who have witnessed and lived the consequences of spatial exclusion, land dispossession, and failed development models.

These founders are not idealists; they are realists with vision. They understand sustainability, regeneration of the land and buildings, and the people.

Their philosophy is simple: Land must heal, housing must dignify, and development must empower.

Hlomula Properties:

Whilst we are focused on exponential growth, we are measured in how we intend to achieve the said growth. We have adopted to rely on organic growth by building our companies from the ground up (one company at a time) rather than growing by acquisition of existing companies. Therefore, as things stand, we have one subsidiary company, namely, Hlomula Properties which is a company focused on remodeling buildings in Urban Areas into modern eco-living student accommodation
The company is committed to using local materials, integrating green spaces, and ensuring climate-conscious planning in every development.
